To evaluate a loan for possible acquisition and provide our offer, we require the following basic datapoints:
- Collateral address
- Current Unpaid Principal Balance (UPB)
- Current legal balance / payoff amount
- Loan interest rate & Default interest rate
- Maturity date
- A copy of the last available appraisal, if possible
